At the HackerRank Innovator Awards, our goal is to honor companies and leaders who have excelled in the last year at engaging with tech talent, creating high-impact virtual and remote workplaces and building strong and developer-friendly employer brands. We'd love for the world to see who these amazing leaders and brands are.
Who are the judges and how are the awards adjudicated?
Our analysis and awards selection for the HackerRank Innovator Awards is based on data analysis run by HackerRank's Data Engineering and Insights team. We closely look at each company's tech hiring data and key tech assessment and interview parameters on the HackerRank Developer Skills Platform to determine their ability to leverage HackerRank and make a substantial impact towards rendering hiring manager and candidate delight.
Is there a cost to take part in the HackerRank Innovator Awards?
The HackerRank Innovator Awards is a free program, and there is no cost for companies to participate.
Which companies are eligible?
To be considered for the HackerRank Innovator Awards, a company needs to be using HackerRank's Developer Skills Platform and have a presence in India.
